The Lyndhurst Dental Practice is a fully private practice, providing general dentistry to children and adults of all ages.
Many of our patients have joined our Lyndhurst Dental Practice Care Plan. It is designed for anyone who wishes to attend the dental practice regularly and wants the peace of mind that their basic preventative needs are covered. We have plans designed for both adults and children.
The Adult Plan costs £14.50 a month and entitles you to one oral assessment a year, including any x rays required, two hygienist appointments and a 20% discount on any treatment costs. It also provides you with a 24 hour, 365 day worldwide dental emergency helpline and a supplementary insurance to help you towards costs and treatment in the event of a dental emergency. Any additional treatment not covered by the plan can be paid for separately.
The Child Plan is for children from aged six to eighteen and costs £6.00 a month. This entitles you to two oral assessments a year, any x rays required and 50% off any treatment costs. It also provides you with access to the emergency helpline and supplementary insurance.
Children under the age of six can join the plan free of charge if they have family members who have joined. They will receive two oral assessments a year but will not be entitled to the free emergency helpline or supplementary insurance.
