The Lyndhurst Dental Practice philosophy

The Lyndhurst Dental Practice is dedicated to providing a superb level of patient care.  We want to make your visit to the practice as pleasant as we can.  We know that a visit to the dentist is not most people's idea of a fun way to spend an hour, but we want to try and change that.  We want our patients to walk in and out of our practice with a smile on their faces. 

With a team approach towards prevention and protection of your teeth and gums, we hope to be able to work with you to maintain a healthy, happy mouth for longer. 

 

Our background

The Lyndhurst Dental Practice has been established for nearly 30 years.  It is the only dental practice in Lyndhurst and was previously owned by Mr Sean Gibbs.  The support team have been with the practice for 20 years.  It was one of the first to be registered with the BDA good practice scheme (BDA website) and has recently achieved gold status-the first in the country.

The team are all committed to adhering to the rules governing our professional body, the General Dental Council (GDC website).  We work hard to ensure we all keep up to date with our training and regulations so that we can offer our customers a first class service.  

We regualrly request feedback from our patients so that we can continue to improve the level of service we provide.  If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of your care at The Lyndhurst Dental Practice, we invite you to bring it to the attention of Sarah French, in person or in writing.  Any complaints will be investigated and any decisions made by the practice will be discussed with you.  If you are not satisfied by our investigations we advise you to contact the Dental Complaints Service. (DCS website)
